Departure
10:35am from the Cathedral square, rue Libergier, and 10:30am for disabled competitors.
Refreshments and medical care
9 refreshment points, about one every 5 km, and 7 sponging points between refreshment points. A team of doctors, physios, first-aid workers and sports educators is available at the finishing line, as well as a mobile medical team along the route.
